I have just been to Urbana having been told by a friend to give them a try for my holiday waxing. I first arrived a little unsure of what to expect and a little nervous as you would be trying out a new place for waxing. On my arrival I was greeted at the reception by a lovely lady - Lorraine, who soon made me feel at ease before my therapist arrived to bring me to the room for my treatment. Having had 1 or 2 bad waxing experiences in the past I was a little nervous but this was unfounded when the girl explained the procedure and the products used to ensure the wax remained as gentle on the skin as possible.
Overall I would recommend Urbana to anyone and will definitely be going back for my next wax appointment in 5 weeks. Everything from booking the appointment over the phone was excellent although I did find it difficult to get an appointment after 5pm as they were booked out. Having been there I know why this is the case.

i've had 1session so far and can already see the difference, next session is this friday. i only had to wait 4 weeks in between becuase my hair growth is pretty fast! have to say the staff in there are lovely, michelle is my therapist and she is so nice.

"it's going great"
it's going great! I've had 4 sessions so far, and am really happy with the results. I was supposed to have had my 5th session last week, but for some reason my hair is quite slow growing back, so I've had to postpone most of the sessions until there is enough hair growth. I can honestly say I'm about 50% hair free at this stage which is fantastic. It doesn't hurt at all, although it can be a little uncomfortable on your inner bikini line (im getting it all off), but apart from that, it's actually quite relaxing. The staff are fantastic in there, really genuine and not at all pushy. In fact, because they are so nice, I now get massages and facials done there aswell.

got the bikini line and underarm package for €423. i've had 1session so far and can already see the difference, next session is this friday. i only had to wait 4 weeks in between becuase my hair growth is pretty fast! have to say the staff in there are lovely, michelle is my therapist and she is so nice. i got it for the above price because therapie were doing a deal of 495 for both areas and urbana give a 10 or 15% discount (cant remember which) of any written quote plus another discount if you pay in full on the day. hope this is of some help!!!

It takes me an hour an a half to get to Urbana and although there are plethora of similar services offered in my local town, I will keep returning to Urbana, as the quality of service they offer is second to none! It has completely exceeded my expectations. Urbana creates an extremely relaxing atmosphere and the therapists there are both informative and friendly. A Hollywood hair removal appointment is not something I would look forward to but due to the wax they use it is for the most part pain free. During my treatment my therapist set me completely at ease, even though she was dealing with an intimate area. For such a top class service you would expect their rates to be much higher, but they are very competitively priced and regularly promote special offers. Highly recommend you try them out! You won't want go anywhere else once you do!
