AT URBANA OUR CLIENTS ARE AT THE CENTRE OF EVERYTHING WE DO
We always do our best to ensure adequate availability within our appointment schedule for appointments
AS WE HAVE A LARGE NUMBER OF CLIENTS HAVING TREATMENT WITH US WEEKLY WE DO HAVE A STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE
Some of these clients are on daily waiting lists and can avail of appointments at short notice. So in order to facilitate these clients we require 24 hours notice so that they can prepare for their treatment in advance

Just give us 24 hours notice so we can offer your slot to someone on our waiting list
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD DETAILS MAYBE REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We request that 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Otherwise we regret that the full cost of your treatment may be charged to the card
