Laser Sales Consultant – Dublin City Centre

€40,000 Basic Salary + Commission | 4-Day Working Week

Urbana is looking for an experienced Laser Sales Consultant to join our Dublin City Centre clinic.

This is a sales-focused position for an experienced laser professional who is confident consulting with new clients, understanding their goals and converting consultations into long-term laser hair removal clients.

The Role

• 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday
• Dublin City Centre
• €40,000 basic salary + performance-based commission
• Conduct consultations with new laser hair removal clients
• Assess client suitability and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Build trust and confidence through professional, knowledgeable consultations
• Achieve strong consultation-to-treatment conversion targets
• Develop long-term relationships with new clients
• Oversee client results from laser treatments with Urbana

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a laser hair removal position
• Strong sales experience and a proven ability to convert consultations
• Excellent knowledge of laser hair removal
• Experience using Cynosure laser systems is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• A confident, professional and well-presented approach
• Take part in social media videos and marketing materials
• Strong empathy and the ability to understand each client’s individual concerns and goals
• A genuine drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business

What We Offer
